What is a soy candle?

Touch of Heart Candles are made from a 100% biodegradable soybean base. We use lead-free wicks which is a niche to burning a candle.

What type of fragrance do you use in the candles?

Our soy candles have a 100% pure natural botanical oil fragrance mix, so the fragrance lasts throughout the life span of the candle.

How do I clean off spilled wax?

Soy is water-soluble, which makes it is easier to clean off surfaces, as well as the container itself.

What are the benefits of a soy candle?

Candles made with soy burn longer and cleaner than "regular wax" candles. There is a reduced amount of carbon buildup and pollutants.

All our candles are hand-poured in Wisconsin.

What precautions should I take when burning candles?

• Never burn candle in a container that is damaged, chipped, or cracked.
• Containers get hot. Burn candle on a nonflammable surface.
• Never burn your candle in drafty area.
• Keep out of reach of children or pets unless supervised by adult.

How do I care for my new soy candle?

• Never burn candle more than 4 hours at a time.
• Keep candle out of direct sunlight/heat.
• Keep wick trimmed to 3/8 inch.
• Burn your candle long enough to melt the entire surface of candle. This will enhance the full strength scent of the burning candle.

How long will my soy candle burn?

3oz = 30-45 hours
5oz = 55- 65hours
9oz = 80-95 hours
15oz = 120-130 hours
16oz  = 130-150 hours
