Shipping and Handling
Touch of Heart Candles are shipped UPS ground, Fed Ex Ground, or U.S. Postal Service unless otherwise requested. Shipping cost to package and box candles is not included in price of candle.
Returns
Items returned for any reason must have prior authorization from Touch of Heart Candles. Product will not be accepted for credit or exchange after 14 days of receiving. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving. Product considered for exchange will be accessed a 15% restocking fee.
